How to register for Seguin ISD

• Log in to the Frontline/TEAMS portal with username and password.
• Click on student name.
• Click the Registration tab - the last tab along the top.
• Click Continue to Online Registration.
• Select student name to begin registration OR
• Select Create New Student to register any student that is brand new to Seguin ISD.
• Registration will need to be completed for each student.
• Frontline/TEAMS passwords can be changed on the landing page.
• Forgotten Frontline/TEAMS passwords can be reset on the landing page.
• Families should contact the campus to retrieve forgotten Frontline/TEAMS usernames and for password hints.
• The following forms (any that are applicable) will be filled out every year and are a part of the registration process:
• Migrant form
• Student Residency Questionnaire form
• Socioeconomic Information form
• Foster Care form
• Military Connected form

Families who...

• have a student(s) that already attends Seguin ISD
• wish to register their child
• HAVE NOT already created an account in Frontline/TEAMS

...will need to first register for a Frontline/TEAMS account which can be found on the Seguin ISD website under Parent Online Services.

Information Needed When Creating a Frontline/TEAMS Account

• Student’s local ID number
• The local ID number may be found on the student report card or at the campus
• Social security number or state ID number

After creating a Frontline/TEAMS account, registration for the 2023-2024 school year may begin by following the directions below.
