Step 2: Campus Document Day

 

Parents and Guardians will need to attend a campus document day at their student's campus in order to get their residency verified.   Student who do not get their residency verified will not be enrolled in school.   A shared residency request can be done at your child campus.

 

Your family can visit any of your student's campuses to get your residency verified.  All other documents must go to the correct campus.

Document Requirements

Residency Documents

Every parent or guardian must have an up to date Photo ID (with an up to date address) and 1 of the documents listed below:

 

Property Tax Statement (current)

Apartment/House Rental Contract (current)

Proof of home purchase

Utility Bill/Installation (current or previous month) water, gas, or electricity.

Voter Registration Card

 

Shared Residency requests require that the property owner be present.

Other Documents

New Student Birth Certificate

 

New Student SSN Card (Optional)

 

Income Verification Documents - Ball ECC

 

Immunization / Shot Records - If updated

 

Parent / Guardian Documentation Changes

 

Other documents as requested by the campus
