NEW STUDENTS: Pre-k 4 - 12th Grade
Parents of NEW students will be required to complete the following steps to register through the Frontline Parent Portal.

STEP 1: COMPLETE ENROLLMENT PROCESS ONLINE THROUGH FRONTLINE PARENT PORTAL
Complete the online enrollment process before you come to campus.
STEP 2: CONTACT YOUR HOME CAMPUS FOR SPECIFIC TIMES THE CAMPUS WILL BE OPEN
Please bring the required documents listed below.
WHAT TO BRING:
In order to comply with state and local mandates, as well as local school board policy, parents or guardians must produce the following documents:
- Parent Identification
- Government-issued Birth Certificate of Child (Kindergarteners must be age 5 as of September 1, 2025)
- Child’s Social Security Card, if available
- Immunization Record (must be up-to-date)

CAMPUS CONTACT INFORMATION
If your family is residing with another SISD resident, a Residency Form will need to be completed. Completed and notarized forms will need to be returned to your home campus.
