Seguin ISD students and employees are invited to participate in one of two districtwide surveys.
Both the Employee Engagement Survey and the Student Engagement Survey formally opened on Monday, October 28. 

Employees should have received an email directly from Gallup, the internationally known research firm with whom Seguin ISD is partnering for the anonymous surveys. The district has also shared a QR code for employees who may not have received the invitation link.

Students in grades 5-12 will have opportunities to participate during the school day as determined by their campus. 

Both Engagement Surveys will be open through Monday, November 11.

“Our students and staff are the heart of our district; their opinions and feedback are crucial to our success as a district,” Superintendent Dr. Veronica Vijil said. “Hearing from them and utilizing their input will strengthen our district which includes students and their families, as well as the teachers and staff who keep our organization running.”

Seguin ISD leadership will not know if or how students or employees responded to the surveys. The district will receive a final report with the overall results.
