Two new Seguin ISD school leaders

Dr. Gutierrez is proud to share news about two new leaders at Seguin ISD schools.

 

Rhonda JubelaPrincipal, Vogel Elementary School

 

Rhonda Jubela is a Seguin High School graduate and instructional leader with the district for the past six years, most recently serving as the Principal of the Ball Early Childhood Center. As an elementary leader, Ms. Jubela has led at the forefront of Response to Intervention (RtI), helped to boost attendance rates, and uses her instructional coaching strengths to grow and develop teachers. Ms. Jubela’s ability to lead calmly, understand the community as an alumni and parent, and strong sense of Seguin ISD pride will ensure a seamless transition for Vogel Elementary School.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Debra ReileyPrincipal, Ball ECC

 

Debra Reiley has committed over 30 years serving the students of Seguin ISD, most recently as the assistant principal at Ball ECC. Ms. Reiley’s strong early literacy knowledge and experience has been a value add at Ball ECC for the past five years. I have no doubt that this campus, which has grown significantly the past three years, will continue to excel at preparing PK students to be Kindergarten ready.
